Gaylene was the Owner and Founder of Victory Fire Protection, Inc. (Fire Sprinkler Company)installing fire sprinkler systems in commercial buildings and residential homes for 12 years along with her husband, Mike Socum. We started Victory Fire Protection in 2008 with 1 employee and was able to grow our staff to 150 employees prior to our corporate sale in January 2020. Since then, she retired in 2021.

Prior to starting Victory Fire in 2008, Gaylene has worked in government agencies for most of her career and has 25 years of Management and Administrative skills ranging from starting up small departments within the companies she worked for, advising and mentoring other small business organizations and start up companies. Providing education on how to property set up, manage and run businesses successfully.

Her passion and LOVE are for women of all ages pouring into their hearts so they can see God’s potential for their lives. In the past she has worked with teen moms, women of abuse and poverty. She started a Mother’s of Preschool Ministry (MOPS) in 1994 at her church in CA. This ministry still runs today ministering to over 120 women a month giving them the tools on how to become a Godly women while learning how to become the best mom as they pursue their relationship with our Heavenly Father.
