Caitlyn Klauser

Manager of Economic Development, Nashville Chamber of Commerce

Caitlyn Klauser serves as a Board Intern for E.L.I.’s House, bringing a strong background in economic development, research, and community engagement. She currently works with the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, where she supports business recruitment, workforce development, and regional growth initiatives across Middle Tennessee.

Caitlyn earned both her Master’s in Public Policy and Administration and undergraduate degrees in Finance, International Business, Economics, and Spanish from Mississippi State University. Her experience includes research and policy work focused on workforce development, economic strategy, and public sector collaboration.

Passionate about community impact and leadership development, Caitlyn contributes valuable insight, research expertise, and a heart for service to the mission of E.L.I.’s House and the women and children it serves.
