Kelly has a heavy background in Administration, communication, and leadership.  She worked at The Cracker-Barrel Old Country Store as the Assistant Administrator of Corporate Giving and then eventually was promoted to Administrator over the foundation upon its formation as a 501(c) (3).  She went on to get her master’s degree in education and become a teacher for a time span of 12 years before retiring in 2022.

Her ministry focus has been in Christian education, teaching and participating in community outreach with her local church. She is currently serving women in bible studies with an emphasis on community, discipleship and spiritual formation.
