Our Mission

  • Survivors live in our residential community for up to two years, rent-free. With basic needs like shelter, food, and clothing provided for, residents are able to focus on healing. Living together in a home develops relational skills and provides a supportive community of peers.

  • To help our residents accomplish their dreams and ensure their long-term economic independence, we offer education and employment training to enhance their personal and professional development. Residents can choose from different opportunities such as GED certification, college courses, internship programs, etc.

  • By the end of our program, the hope is that our residents are equipped with healthy relational tools, a sense of self-sufficiency, education, deeper confidence, and healing.

The love, acceptance, and respect found within the E.L.I.'s House community empowers women to grow, heal, and thrive both in the program and outside of it.

The goal is for women to leave E.L.I.'s House with dreams for their future and their children's and the tools necessary to achieve them.

    Ultimately, we believe that:

LOVE + RESOURCES = POWERFUL CHANGE.
