Gaylene Slocum

Founder, Victory Fire Protection, Inc.

Gaylene Slocum is the founder and former owner of Victory Fire Protection, Inc., a fire sprinkler company she operated with her husband for 12 years. Starting with one employee in 2008, the company grew to more than 150 employees before its sale in 2020.

Before launching her business, Gaylene spent more than 25 years working in administration and management roles within government agencies. Today, she mentors and advises small businesses and startup companies, helping them build strong organizational foundations and leadership practices.

Gaylene is passionate about serving women and children, especially those impacted by trauma, abuse, and poverty. She believes every person was created with purpose and is committed to helping women experience hope, healing, and restoration through faith and supportive community.
